In my Chrome test, the transfer ran at only 22.4 KB/s. Downloading another part of the same archive also produced a wait of roughly 56 minutes.
For a small file this may be tolerable. For a multi-part archive, it quickly becomes impractical.
Uploady Free
A 767 MB Uploady file downloaded at approximately 461 KB/s in my test. That was much faster than my K2S result, although a file under 1 GB still required roughly half an hour.
Premium Traffic Limits Matter as Much as Speed
For the K2S JDownloader comparison, I used the Premium Pro tier because that was the paid setup used in my test. The tested allowance was 50 GB/day.
Uploady's current published plan range starts at 50 GB/day and goes up to 300 GB/day depending on the plan.
A fast host can consume a modest daily allowance surprisingly quickly, so heavy users should compare the exact current plans rather than choosing by benchmark speed alone.

Uploady was more than three times faster in this particular browser session.

The test conditions were not identical, so treat this as practical evidence rather than laboratory benchmarking.
JDownloader 2
Keep2Share Premium Pro: 34.67 MB/s combined.
Uploady Premium: 42.14 MiB/s combined.
The units displayed by the applications were not identical, so I would not pretend the figures are perfectly normalized. The practical result is that both services became much more useful with a download manager, while Uploady still produced the higher total throughput in my setup.
Which One Gives Better Value?
Choose Uploady if...
- The same files are available on both services.
- You care about faster browser downloads based on my tests.
- You use JDownloader for multi-link queues.
- Your daily traffic needs fit the Uploady plan you are considering.
Choose Keep2Share if...
- The files you need are hosted only on K2S.
- Your existing K2S workflow already works reliably.
- The specific current K2S plan fits your traffic needs better.
Final Verdict
If I were choosing purely on the performance I measured, I would choose Uploady Premium. My browser test reached 16.5 MB/s on Uploady versus 5.2 MB/s on Keep2Share, and Uploady also gave me the higher JDownloader throughput.
Keep2Share is not automatically a bad choice. File hosting is content-dependent: when an archive is only on K2S, K2S is the service you need regardless of which platform wins a speed test.
